Řízení investic a zhodnocení investičního projektu v hutním podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkrétního investičního projektu a na základě zpracovaného vyhodnocení investice vytvořit doporučení pro řízení investic v podniku. Vlastní investiční projekt spočívá ve výstavbě zušlechťovací linky pro elektrolytické fosfátování a tažení drátu, čímž dojde k výraznému navýšení výrobních kapacit taženého a povrchově upraveného drátu. Při hodnocení investičního projektu byly použity statické i dynamické metody hodnocení. Ze statických metod to jsou metoda výnosnosti investic (ROI), metoda výnosnosti vlastního kapitálu (ROE), metoda výnosnosti celkového kapitálu (ROA) a doba úhrady. Z dynamických metod byly použity metody hodnocení jako čistá současná hodnota (NPV), diskontovaná doba úhrady, index ziskovosti (IZ) a vnitřní výnosové procento (IRR). Na základě všech získaných výpočtů lze konstatovat, že všechny tyto výsledky poukazují na ekonomickou efektivnost investice a společnosti lze tuto investici doporučit. Po vyhodnocení předmětné investice bylo navrženo několik doporučení pro řízení investic, jako např. úprava schvalovacího procesu investic v podniku. Závěrem lze říci, že v současné době je společnost TŽ, a.s. podnikem s promyšlenou investiční strategií, je finančně stabilním podnikem podporovaným finančními institucemi.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate a specific investment project and on the basis of the processed investment evaluation to create recommendations for investment management in the company. The actual investment project consists of the construction of a refining line for electrolytic phosphating and wire drawing, which will significantly increase the production capacities of the drawn and surface treated wire. Both static and dynamic evaluation methods have been used in the evaluation of the investment project. Among the static methods, these are the method of Return on Investment (ROI), the method of Return on Equity (ROE), the method of Return on Assets (ROA) and the time of payment. Among the dynamic methods, evaluation methods such as Net Present Value (NPV), discounted payment period, Profitability Index (PI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) have been used. Based on all the calculations obtained, it can be stated that all these results point to the economic efficiency of the investment and this investment may be recommended to the company. After evaluating the investment in question, several recommendations for investment management have been proposed, such as adjusting the investment approval process in the company. In conclusion we can say that the company TŽ, a.s. currently has a sophisticated investment strategy and is a financially stable company supported by financial institutions.
