Hodnocení kvality technologických procesů v systémech řízení výroby

Abstract

The main goal of diploma thesis is improvement of quality evaluation of technological processes at systems of production management. Diploma thesis at the first contain from knowledges of production and from procedures of production processes. In the next field we are dedicated analysis of problems itself, which we are solving. Results of analysis will be seen, which give us valuable informations about evaluation procedure of quality and defect of product which is the wheel. There are stated problems, which we tried to solve. We solve our problem to prove, that we can also indentificate products and improve proces of marking on that kind of level, where we want to have sufficient overview. Then we are also focusing on using tools for improving of quality and evaluation processes, where it can be seen, which tools are important for evaluation of quality production. Final part is proposal of automation system, where is stated, how to do that to ipmrove quality of processes by using tools and processes of evaluation defects and to automated processes.
