Karviná – analýza brownfieldů ve městě

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to make a detailed list of brownfields areas in the municipality of Karviná and to plan a regeneration of one of them which will be chosen. All of them will be described by a group of comparative parameters which enable to compare the brownfield areas with each together. For the selected area will be made a proposal for its regeneration. The design incorporates a solution of technical and transport infrastructure, including a simplified costing the regeneration. A final solution will be in accordance with the Land Use Plan, the requirements of the operators of engineering infrastructure and legislation. All the informations and photos might be used as basic datas for making Planning Analytical Materials of Karviná.
