Abstract

The identification of customer profile in The Squash club BSO in Ostrava was the main objective of my graduation thesis. I found out the customers position to squash and to Squash club BSO. I used list of questions for the realization of objektive. The cheslists was fill out by 128 customers. In terms of marketing research results I suggested disposal which should be useful for increasing devotion, satisfaction and attendance of the Squash club customers.
