Hospodaření vybraných malých obcí

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření dvou vybraných obcí v letech 2006 – 2010, konkrétně obce Hraběšice a obce Rejchartice. Obce leží v okrese Šumperk, v kraji Olomouckém. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak obce ve sledovaném období se svěřenými prostředky hospodařily, která z obcí byla v této oblasti úspěšnější. Snahou je nalézt možnosti úspor, případně zvýšení příjmů obecních rozpočtů srovnávaných obcí. V teoretické části práce je vymezen legislativní rámec fungování obcí a vysvětleny základní pojmy v oblasti hospodaření obcí. V praktické části jsou obce vymezeny z pohledu regionálního, historického a demografického. Dále je provedena základní analýza hospodaření obou obcí dle druhů rozpočtové skladby, včetně salda hospodaření. V další části je provedena analýza hospodaření podrobněji, dle jednotlivých tříd rozpočtové skladby, všechny údaje jsou pro přesnější komparaci přepočítány na jednoho obyvatele

The topic of my bachelor work is the management evaluation of two chosen villages in the years 2006-2010, particulary the village of Hraběšice and the village of Rejchartice. The villages are situated in the district of Šumperk, in the Olomouc region. The object of this work is to find out how the villages in the monitor period managed with the given resources and what village was the most successful in this area. The effort is to find out the saving possibilities or revenue increase of the local budgets of the comparisoned villages. In the theoretical part of this work is defined the legislative scope of the villages function and the basic concepts in the area of villages management are explained. In the practical part the villages are defined from the regional, historic and demographic point of view. Then the basic management analysis of the both villages is shown according to the types of the budget structure including the balance management. In another part is done the management analysis in more details according to the budget composition of each classes, all data are calculated for exacter comparison per inhabitant.
