Zaměření a výpočet geometrických parametrů jeřábové dráhy

Abstract

This thesis deals with the procedure of the crane rail measurements. The control focus on horizontal and vertical rail curves, their track gavges and the perpendicularity of the crane tracks. The standards that influence this measurement will be analyzed. The measurements was made in the industrial company BorsodChem MCHZ, Inc. in Ostrava – Mariánské Hory for routine inspenctions according to ČSN 73 2604. The tolerance and it´s comparison with the projected shape and regulatory standards are being evaluated in order to detect if the construction does not show any acessive deformation, if it satisfies the crane operation both horizontaly and verticaly and if it does not lead to exessive detrition of rails.
