Dopady ekonomické recese na nákladní železniční dopravu

Abstract

in my degree work with the issue of the impact of economic recession on rail freight. My goal was to get an overview of the economic situation in the transport market during the economic recession and to identify possible solutions and suggest ways to mitigate the impact of this aspect.

Then I tried the lessons learned to map the state of recession affected rail carrier - company ČD Cargo, a.s.. Based on the outcome of the evaluation, I suggested possible courses of action.

I have identified the possible benefits to society and to evaluate the "anti-crisis package, the company has already applied. I pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
