Abstract
The objektive of my thesis is to analyze to problem taxes and levies systems. Specifiation is directed at the characteristic of income tax on employment and fringe benefits, issues of social and health insurace and finnaly a comparison of taxes and levies systems staffs with selected countries.
The part of the works are also illustrative examples of the issues and own views to establish some changes.
