Finanční analýza vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti BILLA, spol. s r. o. za období 2011 - 2013 pomocí vybraných metod a provést komparaci s konkurenční společností. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje popis metodiky finanční analýzy, její uživatele a zdroje. Ve třetí části je provedena charakteristika společnosti BILLA, spol. s r. o. Ve čtvrté části jsou na vybranou společnost použity metody popsané v teoretické části. Následně jsou provedeny výpočty a navrhnuta případná opatření pro zlepšení situace společnosti. Na konci práce je zhodnoceno finančního zdraví vybrané společnosti a porovnání výsledků s konkurenční společností.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the financial situation of the company BILLA, spol. s r. o. in the period from 2011 to 2013 and compare with a rival company. The second part of this bachelor thesis contains a description of the methods of financial analysis, their users and resources. The third section describes the characteristics of the company BILLA, spol. s r. o. The fourth part is focused on the applied methods described in the theoretical part. Consequently are evaluated the results and recommendation, which would be better situation of the company. At the end of this thesis is proceeded evaluation financial health of the companies and the results are compared with a rival company.
