Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a její analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on occupational health and safety (OHS) and its analysis at chosen company. The main aim was to analyze OHS at the chosen employer and find out whether this company follows the conditions of OHS correctly and with the least possible shortcomings. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical.

In the theoretical part, all legal regulations of the overall topic of health and safety were analyzed, supplemented by the historical development of health and safety, further obligations of employers and employees, risk assessment methods, requirements for the working environment, work accidents and occupational diseases and OHS when working with youth.

The practical part was focused on oral questioning and the questionnaire aiming at whether the company follows the conditions of OHS. Subsequently, the analysis of those questionings´ results was provided as well as its evaluation.

In the conclusion, knowledge and analysis results were summarized and based on them, there were recommendations offered to remove deficiencies.
