Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis “Employee Recruitment and Selection” is the analysis of the process of employee recruitment and selection in the Tax Office in Kyjov. This analysis was realized by the questionnaire survey, which was focused on all of the employees of this office. The bachelor's thesis is divided in two main parts, namely in the theoretical part and the practical part. There is generally described the whole process of employee recruitment and selection in the theoretical part. The practical part is concretely focused on the Tax Office in Kyjov, its process of employee recruitment and selection and above all on the analysis of this process. At the close of the bachelor's thesis are presented suggestions and recommendations, which could lead to innovation and improve the quality of the process of employee recruitment and selection in the Tax Office in Kyjov.
