Analýza pracovního trhu ve vybraných zemích

Abstract

Předkládaná práce se věnuje volnému pohybu pracovníků v Evropské unii a především analýze pracovního trhu v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola nazvaná Jednotný vnitřní trh se zaměřením na trh práce je věnována vnitřnímu trhu se zaměřením na volný pohyb osob. Kapitola druhá s názvem Analýza podmínek vstupu na pracovní trh ve vybraných zemích popisuje pracovní trh České republiky a Velké Británie. Součástí je také Evropská služba zaměstnanosti. Zhodnocení situace ve vybraných zemích je podstatou třetí kapitoly. V kapitole je kromě zhodnocení fungování a využívání Evropské služby zaměstnanosti zhodnocena také situace ve vybraných zemích a je provedeno vyhodnocení dotazníkového výzkumu.

The presented thesis deals with the free movement of persons within the European Union. The main aim of the thesis is the analysis of the labour market in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter, called ‘The single internal market with a focus on the labour market’, deals with the internal market while focusing on the free movement of persons. The second chapter, called ‘The analysis of conditions for entering the labour market in selected countries’, describes the labour market in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The chapter includes the European Employment Service. The Assessment of the situation in selected countries is the core of the third chapter. In the chapter, the operation and use of the European Employment Service is evaluated, the situation in the selected countries is assessed and an evaluation of a questionnaire survey is provided.
