Abstract
This diploma thesis investigates design of a locator utilizing ESP 8266 chip, which will be able to display information about its position within in a room. Thesis is based on the assumption that the room is equipped with access points broadcasting Wi-Fi signal to surroundings. In program Arduino is developed algorithm based on a measurements, which is able to find and display information about position.
