Územní studie Seidlerova nábřeží, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was space and functional design of Seidler´s waterfront of Ostravice river in Slezská Ostrava. This is a undeveloped locality between Bohumínská street and Ostravice waterfront. The result of diploma thesis is urban solution which is made in two different versions. Those cooperate with valid urban plan of Ostrava city and support increase of atractivity of locality. In the first version were designed three buildings for housing with community amenities in the first floor, in the other version was designed office building. Designs of public space in both versions are included. The first version is proccessed in detail, connection to technical and transport infrastructure and typological study of designed object included.
