Analýza vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců

Abstract

This dissertation is focused on Analysis of the Employee Education and Development. Target of the thesis si make analysis "Komplexní vzdělávací program pro pracovníky báňské záchranné služby" in company OKD, HBZS, a. s. in in case of deficiencies suggest action which could lead to the elimination of problems. I use the knowledge of department of chief engineer for better understanding of this issue. A methods for achieving thesis target are analysis of doucements, semi-standardized interview and finally forms, that are presented to participants in training modules. This thesis contains several chapter including introduction and conclusion. I executed the theoretical part according appropriate literature at first. I introduced the company and executed the practical part of thesis which is based on theoretical knowledge and survey in next chapter. I designed arrangement based on these findings. This arrangement can reduce or even eliminate identified problems associated with Analysis of the Employee Education and Development .
