Měření absorbance a fluorescence vzorků v závislosti na teplotě

Abstract

The seminar paper is focused to the temperature measuring and liquid fluorescence within a temperature changes. The work introduction deals about basic principles of light transmission by optical fibres, light sources and spectroscopy. The luminescent effects and material absorbance are described here,too, which are directly connected with the given measurements. The main basic of the work is separately measuring of fluorescence and liquid absorbance. Schema creation and description, measurements acting and evaluation. In the frames of submission were created data for laboratory tasks, which will serve as the laboratory tasks of NAOV subject.
