Ekonomicé zhodnocení rozběhu technologického celku po směru toku těženého materiálu

Abstract

In the present thesis, there is provided description of technological entity. Machine description relates to technological entity employed by Severočeské doly a.s. company in first overburden cut Doly Nástup Tušimice. The said thesis includes evaluation of gradual starting of belt transfer conveyor line in direction of material flow and gradual stopping of this line upon material depletion from individual belt conveyors. Such method of line operation introduces considerable energy saving and increases operating time of heavy mining machine. Further in the thesis selected economic methods are calculated, which methods indicate savings and economic advantage of the said project in practice. An improvement is suggested by employing a frequency changer in the belt conveyor.
