Abstract

The topic of this bachelor´s work is a project of proposal block of flats, which includes three floors and underground. Furthermore it contains technological process of implementation waterproofing lower construction on the proposed block of flats. The house has a total of nine flats these are located on the first, second and third floor. The ground floor has been designed as a storage space. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first is part of building construction, which includes drawings and technical documentation. The second part consists a technology design, which is engaged in a process schedule and itemized budget implementation of waterproofing.
