Možnosti regenerace hasičů

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech regenerace a doporučení ke správnému pohledu na regeneraci v rámci fyzické přípravy příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR, sloužících na oddělení represe, pro výkon svého povolání. V úvodní teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, jako je integrovaný záchranný systém, hasičský záchranný sbor, činnost jednotek požární ochrany. V následující části jsou charakterizovány pojmy únava, spánek a je zde popsán soubor vhodných doporučení ke správnému zařazení prostředků regenerace do procesu zotavení příslušníků HZS ČR. V praktické části si pomocí dotazníků předložených příslušníkům HZS ČR sloužících na oddělení represe analyzujeme, jak jsou na tom hasiči s regenerací v praxi a jaká je vybavenost stanic HZS ČR v jednotlivých krajích prostředky pro regeneraci hasičů.

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with regeneration possibilities and recommendations for the correct view of regeneration within the physical preparation of members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic serving in the Department of Repression, for the performance of their profession. The initial theoretical part explains concepts such as integrated rescue system, fire brigade, fire protection units. The following section characterizes the concepts of fatigue, sleep and describes a set of appropriate recommendations for the correct inclusion of means of regeneration in the recovery process of members of the EIG CR. In the practical part, we use questionnaires submitted to EIG CR members serving in the Repression Department to analyse how firefighters with regeneration are in practice and what are the means for the regeneration of firefighters in individual regions.
