Zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness and functionality of the sheltered labour market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework and current trends shifting from isolated employment in sheltered environments towards the inclusion of individuals into the open labour market. The practical part employs a mixed-methods research design, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The findings of the investigation confirm that the current system faces significant barriers, including inconsistent interpretation of legal norms, high administrative burden, and insufficient informational support from state institutions.
