Výroba rámu zařízení pro testování zbytkové životnosti baterií

Abstract

This bachelor’s work concerns itself with the design and realization of a tester frame, used for testing the residual battery life of battery cells. The tester was made in a way to pay attention to the problem of testing batteries and standards of safety connected to manipulation and storage of a variety of battery cells. The main part of this work focuses on the design and contruction of a device with a heightened emphasis on safety during testing and it’s manufacturing. Frame of the tester was constructed from square, steel tubes and steel plates, with the use of welding. The testing chamber was made with the use of cement tiles, in order to achieve heat resistence and electrical resistence, which have been secured with the use of glue. Part of this work was also incorporating a cooling system for electronics, which has been realized with the use of a pressure vessel, hoses, a pump and a radiator with fans. Electrical wiring was compiled through the use of copper shingles, which had to be variedly bent and then drilled, in order to be secured. The result of this work is a complete mechanical part of a device, which is ready for the implementation of electrical components.
