Abstract

The presented work focuses on the issues of motivation and reward workers at Ltd. Company, TS Hlučín s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with explaining the concepts of motivation and reward, a description of the company. Practical work includes evaluation of the results of questionnaires and their representation by graphs. The last part presents the results of the investigation and recommended proposals that could lead to solving the identified problems
