Zavedení standardů pro hodnocení efektivity práce v distribučních centers

Abstract

The targets of this thesis are at first to define determination’s methods of labour standard and evaluace a financial impacts coused by their implementation. There is described truck unloading process in company Fiege, s.r.o. (warehouse Úžice) in the first part. In next part is mentioned procedure of teoretical solution of labour standard for unloading of goods together with all aspects which have to be included and which are affecting it. Consequently are mentioned results after implementation labour standards in practice. Final part included benefits resulting from implementation of labour standards.
