Typologická studie DPS Klimkovice

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop a typological study of an existing building of a home for senior citizens in Klimkovice. The study deals with reviewing the present situation of the building, with the disposition of the interior layout of individual floors and with the area of the clients‘ rooms. It also assesses the technical equipment, operating disposition and spatial requirements of the staff. There are three versions of the study project, version “B” is designed in more detail. The thesis deals with an interior as well as with an exterior in connection with the function of the building, the evaluation and new arrangement of the floor area of individual rooms and the suitable use of these rooms, the assessment and the design of the barrier-free use of the building and its immediate neighborhood both in the motoric, social and psychological area.
