Biodegradace organických látek

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is examining soil samples taken from the contaminated area Lahos Hulváky and analysis. After studying history in terms of rehabilitation as the most suitable alternative method for selected degradation that is irreversible destructive processes that cause major changes in the structure of substances and materials. Of the various types of degradation (chemical, physical, photodegradation, etc.) and with respect to the investigated soil samples were selected biodegradation, which is a special case of degradation, which involves the decomposition of substances under the action of living organisms. Bacterial Leaching was then performed in the presence of bacteria taken from an oil source Korňanského (Slovakia).
