Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with small and medium enterprises. It shall demonstrate benefits of such companies as well as define disadvantages and potential threats. Further it outlines opportunites and instruments that could be used by the entrepreneur. The aim of this thesis is to establish a fictive limited company as well as to formulate a business plan with all the steps involved in establishing the company.
