Abstract

The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to develop a project for a building permit of Administrative center. In my designs I was coming from a study of Atelier 3. The object is situated on the parcel No. 405/1. on the square Dr. E. Beneše in Ostrava. The object is situated near schopping center Karolina, a Theatre Antonín Dvořák, a Puppet theater and Hotel Imperial. The object is a five-store building with cafe, with stores, a reception and from the third floor is administrative .Communication between the floors is designed through the internal staircase with two lifts. The building is designed as a brick with elements from Porotherm company. The basics are dealt with the form of base footings and base bands. Ceiling Board is monolithic reinforced non-spirited concrete. Roofing consists of single-shell flat roof with an external gravitate drainage.
