Konverze objektu bývalé Esslerovy přádelny, revitalizace nábřeží řeky Svitavy, Brno-Obřany

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je vdechnout život bývalému areálu Esslerovy textilky. Projektem architektonické studie Taneční školy s restaurací, obsahující i návrh prostranství a revitalizaci nábřeží řeky Svitavy. Hlavním cílem bylo využití stávající budovy Esslerovy přádelny a zachování půdorysných stop původních objektů. Vytvořit zajímavé pohledy a průhledy a pomocí vrstvení podpořit gradaci jak ke škole tak i směrem ke kostelu.

The goal of my thesis is breathe life intothe former comlpex Essler's textile. Project architectural studies Dance school whit restaurant, including proposals for area and the revitalization of the waterfront and the river Svitava. The main goal was to use the existing building Essler spinning mills and maintaining the ground plan traces of the original building. Create interesting views and vistas, and by layering promote gradationof both the school and towards the church.
