Abstract

TOPIC: EVALUATION OF TRAINING EFFECTIVITY IN THE TERMS OF SPECIFIC BUSINESS PRACTICE The main field of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate effectivity of training system and selected trainings of employee in automotive company. And on the end make some suggestion of improvement efficiency of training system and training. The project is parted to 3 chapters. The first is focused to theoretical base, describe basic words, importance of human capital and compare company education system how times goes. The second chapter is introducing company, company activities and describe present training system in company, way to selection of training, operators and present evaluation of training. The third chapter is focused on practical part of this project. In this chapter we are evaluating selected training, consider their efficiency a make some suggestion to improve the efficiency of training.
