Abstract
The topic of this bachelor’s degree thesis is an analysis of the competition of e-shops, in the field of veterinary pharmaceutical products. The aim of this thesis is to make suggestions and recommendations to improve the online shop and marketing communication for Komvet, spol. s r.o.. The theory section provides a definition of e-shops as well as describes the role of e-shops, the ordering process and the marketing communication for both on-line and off-line. The practical section provides information about the research that was conducted based on the predefined evaluation sheet. Based on the analysis of the acquired data, solutions and recommendations for improving the website, online shop and marketing communication are provided.
