Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement information system (IS), which will be used for sending, managing and analyzing requests sent from workstations and servers. The system will also allow the administration of workstations, the remote control and also sending instant messaging information. It will also implement an interface for communication with third-party requirements by sending email messages in an agreed form. The solution we can replace by this time obsolete and faulty IS provides all the required functionality and is ready for further planned development and expansion of functions in the future.
