Orličky – Změna funkce stávajícího sportovního areálu Suchý vrch včetně objemové studie objektu sanatoria

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu řešení územní a objemové studie objektu sanatoria. Areál bude zaměřen na volno-časovou aktivitu klientů sanatoria. V úvodní části je popsaná problematika občanské vybavenosti a platný území plán obce. Textovou část tvoří dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o změně stavby a o změně vlivu stavby na využití území. Samotný návrh řeší samostatně stojící objekt sanatoria s vyhlídkovou věží. Návrh obsahuje řešení technické infrastruktury, dopravní řešení včetně odstavných ploch, návrh veřejných prostranství (zeleň). Součástí je vyhodnocení předpokládaných nákladů navrhovaného řešení.

The goal of the bachelor paper is to elaborate a possible solution of the territorial and volume study of the sanatorium building. The complex is designed to provide opportunities for leisure activities for clients of the sanatorium. In the introductory part the problems of civic facilities and valid ground plan are dealt with. The text part is formed by the documentation forming the attachment to the application to issue a ruling to change the building and to change the influence of the building the area exploitation. The proposal itself solves the detached object of the sanatorium with a view tower. The proposal contains a possible solution of technical infrastructure, traffic – including parking space and public green areas. A part of the proposal is formed by an evaluation of the possible expenses and costs of this proposal.
