Analýza realizace interních auditů systémů managementu jakosti jako nakupované služby

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of internal audit and external audit. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the definition of internal audit of management quality systems, auditor’s personality and specific features of service. Positive and negative aspects of the internal audit done by external expert are discussed in the practical part on the basis of experience with internal audits and also literature study.
