Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the usage of tax heavens in tax planning. The first part introduces with basic concepts of the field of international tax planning. The second part describes the formation of tax heavens and their development. Another part describes selected business environments and determinated appropriate methods to use for business. And the last part sets the requirements for status tax heaven.
