Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes the proposal of evaluation of suppliers in the production department of the company. The marketing part of the purchase is described in the theoretical part. The basic functions and objectives of purchasing in the company, methods and procedures in the management of the purchasing process and in the selection and evaluation of suppliers. The practical part describes LazNet s.r.o. and its existing purchasing processes. The work is focused on the distribution of suppliers into groups according to the supplied assortment, on the proposal of evaluation of suppliers using selected methods and consolidation of relations with suppliers.
