Abstract

The main goal of the thesis is to design and realize computer programme that could be used as a basis for applications used in ophthalmology and in the area of diagnostics and analysis of the defect of colour vision and to help people with this disability and help people with weak-sightedness. Nowadays it is impossible to develop some kind of an optical device or a computer algorithm to let the colour blinded man see the same as a person with normal colour vision. The result of the work is a programme performing the transformation of static images (photographs), to see as many details which are normally invisible for colour blinded people.
