The subject of the diploma thesis is the development of part of the project documentation for the construction of the "Building for preschool and school education" in Vojkovice, thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, energy label of the building envelope, static calculation of the selected structural element.
The proposed building is located in the center of Vojkovice near Frýdek-Místek. The building ensures the operation of pre-school education and school education of the 1st grade of elementary school. The building is a one-story building of an atypical shape with a flat roof over the central part and over the attached classrooms to the central part, the roofs are provided with sloping roofs. From a structural point of view, it is a wall system with a ventilated wooden facade, the support structure of the single-skin flat roof is monolithic reinforced concrete, and the trusses of the pitched roofs with over-rafter insulation are made of glued laminated wood.
Part of the thesis is a textual part, which contains an accompanying, summary technical and technical report for the execution of the construction. Furthermore, thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, energy label of the building envelope, static calculation of the selected structural element.
The diploma thesis also contains selected drawings that are part of the drawing part of the project documentation for the execution of the building.
