Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with inventory management in Continental Automotive Czech republic s. r. o. with a branch office in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The theoretical part is focused on basic knowledge in the field of inventory management and also includes a short presentation of the company. The main task of the thesis is to try to optimize the inventory of the selected company project using the ABC analysis. The practical part describes the current state of inventory management in the company and the subsequent ABC analysis for the project under which the material stock is divided into groups A, B and C. The work also contains a short recommendation that can be used by the company to streamline the management system stocks.
