Zhodnocení možností mikroskopické detekce nanočástic

Abstract

The thesis deals with the possibilities of microscopic detection of nanoparticles. In the thesis, different methods are selected to detect specific nanoparticles. The nanoparticles used are gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles and C60 fullerenes. In the thesis, nanoparticles are described from a theoretical point of view, advantages and disadvantages of nanoparticles, their production, their wide use, as well as risks for organisms and subsequent disposal of nanoparticles are formulated. The practical part describes the experiments carried out to fulfil the defined task of the thesis. As a result, the thesis evaluates the methods used to detect nanoparticles in terms of time and availability.
