Sítě vyššího řádu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sítěmi vyššího řádu, které umožňují reprezentovat komplexní systémy s vícestrannými interakcemi prostřednictvím hypergrafů a simpliciálních komplexů, které nejsou omezené na párové vztahy na rozdíl od klasických grafů. V práci jsou analyzovány reálné kolaborativní sítě s důrazem na nejnovější charakteristiky včetně simpliciality, quad shlukovacího koeficientu a korelací mezi různými metrikami, což poskytuje ucelený pohled na strukturální vlastnosti sítí vyššího řádu a jejich potenciál v~reálném světě.

This bachelor thesis explores higer-order networks that enable the representation of complex systems with multilateral interactions through hypergraphs and simplicial complexes, which are not limited to pairwise interactions unlike classic graphs. This thesis analyzes real collaborative networks with emphasis on the latest characteristics including simpliciality, quad clustering coefficient and correlations between various metrics, providing a comprehensive view of structural properties ofhigher-order networks and their potential in~real world applications.
