Současné přístupy k analýze způsobilosti procesů

Abstract

The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes current approaches to processes capability analysis. Explanation and comparation of the indices of capability and performance process, demands on capability, factors affecting the predictive ability of the indices and estimates of probability of the occurrence of discordant products are included in the second chapter. Methods of capability analysis of VDA and QS 9000 processes are described in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, different procedures of process capability, differing in the ways how standard deviation is estimated are applied to the data. This chapter also contains computer-aided comparison of process capability using software Microsoft Excel 2007, Statgraphics Plus 5.0 and QC Expert 3.0.
