Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the technology of belt conveyors, as a necessary technological process during minig, sorting and storaging in the sand quarry Chbany. The first part is devoted to a general intrduction of transport possibilities. The second part is focused on the work core, belt conveyors and its renovation and the addition of new supplementary devices for better technology protection and work safety. Next part is about reduction of costs and time required for repairs. In conclusion, I conducted my evaluation of acquired knowledge and said my observation that I gained during consultation and during my long professional career.
