Abstract

Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The topic of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of partial construction documentation of an apartment building in Karviná. My goal was to create housing for couples. The building was therefore designed mainly for a young families without children. It is a complex of apartment buildings with a spacious common terrace and common areas that can be used by all residents of the buildings. These include the laundry rooms, bike sheds, kitchenettes and recreation rooms. As a metter of course, there are also parking spaces, both covered and uncovered. For the purposes of this work, I have chosen only one building to solve. It is a non-basement, four-storey building with a porch, there are two types of apartments, 1BR with kitchenette and 2 BR with kitchenette. Both types are equipped with built-in wardrobes to achieve a sufficient amount of storage space, which is often neglected in smaller apartments. Each apartment also has a spacious private terrace.
