Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a framework for closed-loop quality management systems (CLQMS) in the context of the Quality 4.0 concept. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a theoretical analysis of quality management systems in the context of the Quality 4.0 concept, define the groups of information shared within CLQMS, and propose a framework for quality management feedback systems in the context of Quality 4.0. The thesis also focuses on analyzing the Industry 4.0 concept and its tools.
