Hodnocení efektivnosti výcviku v podniku vyrábějícím žáruvzdornou keramiku

Abstract

The aim of the present bachelors thesis is to concentrate on company education and the following evaluation of the training effectiveness in a company dealing with the production of special refraktory ceramics. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part analyses the theoretical findings from the field of human resouress, company education and presents the following evaluation of its effectiveness. The second part is denoted to introducing a company, the description of education system and its following evaluation. The last part is dedicated to training. It brings the evaluation of a particural training, the comparison of the results of final test and general assessment of the effectiveness of employees training and consequent recommendations concerning to raising effectiveness of company education.
