Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the current state of motivation of employees and their satisfaction with selected factors. Another goal is to find out how satisfied employees are with the incentives that the company provides and, conversely, which employee benefits they do not use or are not interested in. When a problem is identified in the process of motivation, the goal is to find some ideas that can solve these problems and thus contribute to an increase in work performance. For the analysis and proposal of solutions, the questionnaire survey method is used. Respondents answered questions compiled on employee motivation, and the results are intended to help design improvements. In conclusion, it can be evaluated that the goal has been achieved and the proposals and recommendations given can change the views of managers on employee motivation. Proposals and recommendations are not the only way to achieve better results, because as the results of the survey show, preferences will always vary either according to age, education or living standards, and it is up to the employer to find at least some compromises.
