Abstract
Coke oven's by product plants technology is described in the presented bachelor thesis. The theme is further focussed on used methods of coke oven gas desulphurization, respectively oxidation Stretford method and two balance methods - amonnia method and vacuum-carbonate method. All methods are described in details. Such processes are industrially tested and they are currently used on the coke oven plants in Czech and Slovak Republics. An attention is also given to coke oven plants waste questions and environmental protection in reference with valid legislation.
