Abstract

The main theme of the bachelor thesis are expectations of representatives of the Z generation in the labor market. In the theoretical part, there are characterized the generations as well as the role of HR, the process of addressing, selection, adaptation, loyalty, motivation of the workers and the concept of work-life balance is explained. The evaluation of quantitative research in the practical part is based on the results from a questionnaire survey. Representatives of the generation Z want to have security in working life, a possibility of self-realization and they prefer flexible working hours. The findings about this new generation entering the labor market are summarized at the end, recommendations for practice are formulated, which will help employers to understand young workers in order to guide them so that both parties are satisfied.
