Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh domovu s pečovatelskou službou v Rychvaldě se současným řešením oddychové zóny. Za tímto účelem byl proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách lokality. Objekt domova s pečovatelskou službou je řešen ve dvou variantách. V obou případech formou monobloků, s respektováním zásad bezbariérového užívání vnějších a vnitřních prostor osobami s omezenou schopnosti pohybu a orientace. Diplomová práce je zpracovaná v rozsahu vyhlášky č. 503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby.

The subject of the thesis is to design a nursing home in Rychvald to the current staging area. For this purpose, analyzed the problems of the current state of the site based on accumulated knowledge about the location and needs. Building a home care service is designed in two versions. In both cases, the form of monoblocks, respecting the principles of barrier-free use of inner and outer space by persons with limited mobility. The thesis is elaborated in the scope of Decree No 503/2006 Coll. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of the building.
