Hodnocení kvality hliníkové slitiny v závislosti na podílu použitých vratných odpadů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of using selected types of aluminum foundry waste for reuse directly in foundries. In the theoretical part of the thesis are specified mainly aluminum wastes, which can be found in foundries of aluminum castings, specifically AlSi7 alloys. Furthermore, a practical experiment was focused on effect of the return material on the quality of a castings. Samples were prepared from castings with different proportions of returnable aluminum waste for testing of mechanical properties and chemical composition. Based on the values obtained, it is possible to predict the influence on the quality of castings produced by the specified amount of different types of foundry waste in the preparation of the charge.
